Clinical Nurse Specialist

I have recently taken on the role of being the nurse representative on the committee of the Pancreatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland. With a number of other nurses within the society we have set up a forum group in order to: Promote the role of the nurse specialist in the complex management of pancreatic disease and pancreatic cancer.Promote the development of evidence based practice.Develop relevant guidelines and protocols which are consistent and reliable.

Share and disseminate information across the different regions.Provide a register of contact details for members for ongoing support and advice.
